Go Barack

Now that's an ass-kicking:

With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Obama had 55 percent of the vote. Clinton was second with 27 percent, followed by Edwards, with 18 percent.

Awesome. Even though the media can't help but remind us that this was all due to the, umm demographics, of the South Carolina primary voters (nudgenudge - all those black people voted for him! - winkwink), it's still awesome.

Still, I always worry when the world gives me hope.

oh man, Finger Lakes in May… awesome!

that’s where i’m from, originally (Corning, NY, went to college in Rochester, NY).

where are you going to be ?

I’m still waiting for the specifics from the customer (I will be speaking at the conference, which I always enjoy), so I don’t know the exact location yet. I assume I’ll fly into either NYC or Boston and then on a connection to Rochester. I would quite like to take my time getting there to be honest – an Amtrak from NYC to Rochester might be a gas for example.

My aunt used to live in Hamilton, so I have been up that way before, but that was a very long time ago (too long to recall).

May 7th – 11th. So, spring time in upstate NY should be pleasant yes?
