    Actually, there WAS a Nikon D90 under Mike’s Xmas tree.

    Of course, it was Mike who put it there in the first place . . .

    Yeah, but I finally decided that the two-lens kit wasn’t a good match . . . I’m returning all to Costco and reordering from B&H . . . a D90 body and a 16-85 zoom . . .

    Is it just me, or have those street signs developed progressively /less/ character with every revision?

    Downgrades suck. Nice shots, though.

    the mid-period sign was definitely the best; it was a black pole with nicely-designed signs. unfortunately, the signs themselves tended to fall off the pole.

    the first was just a temporary wooden one, but it still looked better than the ugly one we have now.
