(How did you come to take that picture? Were you out for an evening constitutional and just happened to snap it? Please advise.)
i drove out to a boat launch on the lake, yesterday AM, because it was foggy and i wanted to take some pix. and i looked up and there was a big nest up a tree next to the boat launch, with a couple of big birds in it. but, my iPhone couldn’t get em. so i came back this AM with my big camera and got enough pix to ID them. but it was too cloudy and dim for anything sharp. but after work, it was just right. i took that (and 86 others!) sitting in my car.
