Anyway, it turns out that the phrase "kisses on the bottom" is from the classic tune, made popular by Fats Waller, "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Write Myself A Letter":

I'm gonna sit right down and write myself a letter

I'm gonna write words oh so sweet
They're gonna knock me off my feet
Kisses on the bottom, I'll be glad I got 'em

And close "with love" the way you do;

Which is sweet. And is about the little X's on the bottom of a love letter. And is not about rim jobs.
