and just let me give a big shout out to Google Documents. i usually do these with the help of Excel, but it’s a minor PITA to update a single spreadsheet from home and from work. Google Docs’ spreadsheet app is just as good as Excel for this, and i can get to it anywhere…. even on my friggin phone.
