Wife's away. That means it's time to experiment...in the kitchen.

Today's experiment was beurre blanc : white wine, lemon, shallot, butter. I put it on a chunk of broiled tuna. Delicious!

Everything should come with beurre blanc. It's easy to make, delicious and fun.

Only problem: I just ate a quarter-pound of (melted, lemony) butter. That kinda destroys the goal of "let's have some fish because it's lighter than a fantastic fatty ribeye!"
