I think the existence of Jesus is pretty secure–that is, unless Italy has activist judges too.
Here’s my analysis of the whole thing: Could Jesus Suffer His Father’s Fate?

i’m pretty sure no judge has the power to decide the existence of a person. either he existed, or he didn’t. no judge can change that after the fact. what the judge has to say about it legally, however, is a different matter entirely.

activist judges? oy. the only “activity” the right doesn’t like is when it’s not in their preferred direction.
after suffering a string of defeats in their attempts to wreck biology, are they now trying to undermine basic physics by taking the direction component out of the concept of motion ?
I’m reminded of some stand up from Lewis Black after he visited Italy.
“For those of you who haven’t been there, Jesus Christ is big there. I mean, I shoulda suspected that but… more big than I imagined. He’s everywhere. They’ve got pictures, they’ve got f’ing PHOTOS! He’s in every nook and cranny of Italy. He’s like the Coca-Cola of Italy.”
Good luck to this guy on his case. I mean, they have PHOTOS! ;)
