The three weeks has nearly passed. And Dell chose to extend the ordeal another two weeks; the shipment of the blasted PC has been delayed.
Screw you, Dell.
Happily, though - once they delay shipment, you get a chance to cancel !

i’m going to get… a different Dell. but from their small business division, and not their Home division! totally different!
IIRC, i’ve had better luck with the business division than the home division – better support, too.
plus, i’m too lazy to have actual convictions.
