At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than 10 minutes.

i just could not live there. i couldn’t take the bone numbing cold and the 10 months of darkness and the ice and the snow …. just could not do it. why do people even live there ?? is there something of HUGE value or importance in Winnipeg Canada ???
