They used to market it for skin conditions too, some people with scalp psoriasis swear by it. It also makes a nice foot soak, 2 parts Listerine (the original, not the blue, if you like your feet their current color), 1 part warm water, 1 part white vinegar. It sounds very bracing but it makes your feet nice and soft, and antiseptic.
Listerine + vinegar? are you sure that won’t attract the attention of Homeland Security ?

Nah, I wouldn’t take it traveling. 3 ounces is not going to be nearly enough to cover your feet in. Strictly a home remedy. It’s from those crazy People’s Pharmacy communists whose earnestness annoys me so much, but some of that stuff actually does work.
