At least that’s where the owners of ILMO Products Co. set the bar Wednesday, celebrating its 100th year in business and the 100th day of the year by giving each of its employees $100 as they showed up for work.

I like to think that's the kind of boss I'd be, if I was ever a boss. Which I will never be.
