No, I don't care about these details. The scheme I have in my head, which I formulated before you told me about these new requirements, is the correct one. STFU, OK?

Tell me about it!
I finish at Nokia next Friday BTW. Bit hard to keep contractors on when you’re laying permanent staff off. Still, it’s been a blast.

I work with Jessi. She used to be a bit of a rock star, fronting a band called Velcra.
finished? how long was that contract for?
interesting hear “Nokia” pronounced by (what sounds like) a native speaker. here, commercials pronounce it “Noh-kee-ya”
It was a 6 month contract but I had it extended by a month (so it ran from June 1st to December 31st). I’ve got something else lined up for late January with a trip to San Diego in between.
American Nokia staff all pronounce it like that whereas (most) Europeans pronounce it Knock-ee-ah.
Jessi is from Finland (where Nokia are based) but she got the Nokia job after she’d moved to the UK when her band split up.
