Back when I was young and supple and could stand going to see bands in small smokey clubs, there was a band called "Tugboat Annie". I first saw them in Buffalo, where they opened a triple bill with Codeine and Pavement. They would play Rochester clubs from time to time, and I usually caught them when they came through. Then we moved to Albany and I got to see them there, too. I kindof remember playing that one of my bands played a show with them, once; but I could be mistaken. Anyway... Their first album, "Superfriends" (1995), was a constant in my CD player. I loved that album.
I put it on while making dinner the other day, and happily I still liked it. So, for this week's Let's Listen To..., here's my favorite song off that album: "Butterlamb" !

You're welcome!

Even my wife in the other room asked who that was when I played it. Very nice.
