Having A/B’d every track I can definitively say that the mono remix of Let It Bleed is a big improvement over the old stereo mix. Whether that is function of its mononess or it’s just mixed better, that I cannot say.
BIll Nelson is a musical genius. Way ahead of his time. It’s a shame that he has been ripped of over the years by various record companies.
For some reason this song makes me think of Big Star. Maybe its the quirky melody twists.
