These were painted on the side of an abandoned juvenile detention center, in Raleigh. If I remember correctly, because they were slated to be torn down, the state let people paint on the buildings. Most of the stuff was 9/11 themed.

These (pictures) are from 2002, I think. Maybe early 2003.
