    i still listen to all that old stuff too, but remember, i was not as hEp. stuff i listen to now, i’ve since found out was cool 10+ years ago, and i thought it was new. i’m hopeless with music. all i can do is curl up with my scorpions live albums and rock.

    i can’t say i’ve followed your every move, but i’ve been there a few times. glad you enjoyed our science museum, here in Raleigh. :)

    i suppose i could’ve ID’d you from the email addr on the msgs i get from WordPress. but that would require reading and thinking, and since i’m at work, that ain’t happening.

    Going through my collection I found three plastic boxes approximatley the same size as an iPod labeled ‘fieldfresh’. I think they’re some sort of pre-iPod music storage device called ‘tapes’. I put them in a ‘walkman’ and low and behold – ‘Dog Poop Bus’, ‘Jim Bondi is an Asshole’, and ‘DPT 2’ in all their glory.

    How much should I insure them for? I think I’ll have to deal with Lloyds of London because they’re surely worth more than J Lo’s booty.

    millions! someday, joe, joe, or myself will make it big at something and then they’ll be worth millions! or, if Lee makes it big, maybe they’ll be worth thousands, since we played most of our shows in his living room.

    hmm… Ron… with an RIT email address… we’re you ff’s only actual fan ? :) ben a long time… the name sounds familiar, but i can’t put it to a face.

    i can’t believe that this conversation is happening.

    who the heck is ron? probably a friend or roommate of ours who had a nickname like “coach” or “stymie” and we never learned his real name. he probably owes one of us money from the utility bill, or a trip to taco bell.

    i think i remember Ron. tall, with short hair – reddish maybe? came to most of our shows. photog ?

    G Reg was the kid who worked at taco bell and used to try to get tom to give him cigarettes. i still want to know who this ron fellow is, and i am amazed that he has some fieldfresh tapes. imagine how big ron’s boner will be when he finds out about hilkka?
