Gibson Sues Makers Of Guitar Hero And Rock Band For Patent Infringment:

Gibson is suing Activision, Harmonix, Electronic Arts, and MTV over alleged patent infringement over the companies' involvement in Rock Band and the Guitar Hero series. The lawsuit is not over Guitar Hero's use of the iconic Les Paul, SG, and Explorer guitars as controllers, but for violation of a decade-old patent for....drumroll please... "a method for simulating a live performance using a musical instrument, a 3D headset with stereo speakers, and a pre-recorded concert."

I knew there must be a reason, other than the price, why I've never owned anything made by Gibson - I must have been able to sense their heart of pure evil.

Police said an Ohio man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a picnic table.

Police arrested Arthur Price Jr. after an anonymous tipster dropped off three DVDs that reportedly showed Price in the act.

According to NBC Toledo, Ohio, affiliate WNWO-TV, the videos show Price tilting the metal round picnic table on its side and then laying up against it to have sexual intercourse with the table. Afterward, he can then be seen cleaning the table and the deck.

During questioning, he reportedly admitted to having sex with the table. Police said he also admitted to bringing the table inside his home for sex.

Price faces four counts of public indecency. He was freed after posting $20,000 bond, authorities said.

He brought it inside. What a gentleman! And he cleaned-up afterwards - cleanliness is next to godliness !

This report, however, gives the most important detail:

The neighbor -- who wishes to remain anonymous -- saw Price walk out onto his deck, stand a round metal table on its side and use the hole for the umbrella to have sex.

Without that, it's hard to figure out the mechanics...
