That’s from Republican Senator [no, really], Charles Grassley.
I worked in the other Senator from Iowa’s (Harkin) offices one summer in college and one of the staffers told me that before Harkin’s last election on of the staffers from Grasseley’s office came by to measure the space to prepare it for Harkin’s Republican challenger once Harkin was vanquished. Proof that Republican staffers were wanking assholes even in the early 1990s.
