Frankly, a good idea.<\/p>\n<p>But, Republicans, who want to defeat Obama at all costs, say this gives Obama permission to create \"death panels\" which will meet to decide who lives and who dies. And then they try to prove this was the plan all along by taking a paragraph in an academic article written by a man who is now an Obama health care adviser from 13 years ago, <a href=\"http:\/\/politics.theatlantic.com\/2009\/08\/the_death_panel.php\">out of context<\/a>.
