I used a \"cold rise\" method, where you mix it all up then let it sit in the fridge overnight. Then you take it out and fuss with it, then let it rest and fuss with it some more. It came out pretty bad: tough but doughy, undercooked but rock hard in places. Blech.<\/p>\n<p>So, I Googled \"tough pizza dough\" and came up with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.correllconcepts.com\/Encyclopizza\/07_Dough_trouble-shooting\/07_dough-crust_trouble-shooting.htm\">this<\/a>... Wow, that's a lot of information about a lot of things that can go wrong.
