234. During Ms. Dunphy\u2019s work for Defendants, Giuliani often made outrageous comments that created and added to the hostile work environment that Ms. Dunphy was forced to endure. Ms. Dunphy found these comments revolting, but there was little she could do to stop them given the lack of any Human Resources personnel and the extraordinary degree of control that Giuliani had wielded over her as her boss and lawyer.<\/p>\n

235. For example, Giuliani made the comments described below, many of which were recorded:<\/p>\n

a. Giuliani made derogatory comments about Jewish men and implied that their penises were inferior due to \u201cnatural selection.\u201d<\/p>\n

b. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that \u201cblack guys hit women more than anybody else does... and so do Hispanic guys \u2013 it is in their culture.\u201d<\/p>\n

c. Giuliani said, \u201cJews want to go through their freaking Passover all the time, man oh man. Get over the Passover. It was like 3,000 years ago. The red sea parted, big deal. It\u2019s not the first time that happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

d. Giuliani made comments about \u201cfreakin Arabs\u201d and Jews.<\/p>\n

e. Giuliani demeaned and sexualized Hillary Clinton and mocked her body.<\/p>\n

f. Giuliani demeaned and sexualized Margaret Thatcher and wondered about the effect she would have on his penis.<\/p>\n

g. Giuliani said, \u201cIf my life depended on it, if I had to make love to Nancy Pelosi, I couldn\u2019t do it. I\u2019d have to die.\u201d<\/p>\n

h. Giuliani referred to employee Vanessa Ryan, who is Maria Ryan\u2019s daughter, as \u201cfat\u201d and said that he felt bad for her because she was fat. He further said he was \u201ctrying not to feed\u201d her.<\/p>\n

i. Giuliani disparaged a female lawyer because of her breast size.<\/p>\n

j. Giuliani made a series of derogatory remarks about the LGBTQ community, including:<\/p>\n

i. Giuliani claimed that Mayor Michael Bloomberg \u201cbecame gay\u201d because his wife left him.<\/p>\n

ii. Giuliani named a prominent Republican as gay.<\/p>\n

iii. Giuliani used the word \u201cfag\u201d to refer to actor Matt Damon.<\/p>\n

iv. Giuliani mocked Senator Elizabeth Warren as \u201cin search of a gender,\u201d stating: \u201cPocahontas was a really hot babe, and Warren does not look like a babe. She looks like a person in search of a gender.\u201d Giuliani later said he was \u201cvery hot\u201d for Warren.<\/p>\n

v. Giuliani named a prominent lawyer who he believed would require $10 million for gay sex. Giuliani then insisted that he was the only one of his male friends who would turn down any amount of money to have sex with a man.<\/p>\n

k. Giuliani said to Ms. Dunphy, at various times, in statements that were recorded:<\/p>\n

i. \u201cI\u2019m gonna make it a little painful.\u201d
\nii. \u201cStick it up your ass.\u201d
\niii. \u201cYou\u2019re a fucking slut.\u201d
\niv. You\u2019re my bitch.
\nv. \u201cI\u2019m gonna get my cock in there.\u201d
\nvi. \u201cBe a slut! Be Rudy\u2019s slut!\u201d
\nvii. Giuliani called Ms. Dunphy a \u201cwhore.\u201d
\nviii. Giuliani said, \u201cI want to own you officially. Legally. With a document.\u201d
\nix. \u201cI can\u2019t control myself. I lose control. I think of you all the time. I\u2019m unable to control it. I\u2019m addicted.\u201d
\nx. \u201cI can\u2019t think about you without getting hard. Even when I think about how smart you are, I get hard.\u201d
\nxi. Giuliani stated that he would \u201cget in trouble with underage girls\u201d if they were 16 but looked 20.
\nxii. \u201cI think of you as my daughter. Is that weird?\u201d\u2014which Giuliani
\nsaid while engaging in sexual contact with Ms. Dunphy.
\nxiii. Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that she was \u201chis\u201d and he had purportedly \u201cbeen too easy on [her].\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

236. These statements are just some examples of the inappropriate comments that Giuliani made to Ms. Dunphy while she worked for Defendants. There are many others. These types of comments made Ms. Dunphy extremely uncomfortable and contributed to a hostile work environment.
