There weren't even any real police there. Just a bunch of mostly-old people standing in line, and joking that they'd never seen a line for early voting before. Everyone was well behaved and pleasant and all were eager to get this mess over and done with.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the number of Democratic v Republican 'voter guides' people were holding (many Dem, zero Republican), it was a Dem crowd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Polls opened at 8AM today.
