The house will be a bit smaller than our current house, single-story, and we're going to try to get a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Geothermal_heat_pump\">geothermal heat pump<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We'll have been in our current house two years next week; and two years is what we agreed to stick it out for, once we figured out that we weren't crazy about the house.<\/p>\n<p>Now we get to play accounting games to get the cash for downpayments. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Friday we're meeting with a new builder to try to finalize plans for ... a new new house.
