My right arch still aches a little sometimes, or tingles a bit now and then. But, I've done everything I can think of to fix it, and maybe this is as good as it will get. Plus, my pants are starting to get tight...<\/p>\n<p>I've started running dozens of times since high school, so I know to take it easy at first. So, I only went a mile, slowly, carefully. And I expected to be sore today (and even more so tomorrow) - such is life. But the soreness started just a couple of hours after my one mile. And today is pretty painful.
