The concept of recreational use is not entertained.<\/p>\n<p>And this from a San Francisco paper.<\/p>\n<p>--<\/p>\n<p>Update:<\/p>\n<p>Stepped into the first floor men's room on my way out of the office today. Twas full of <em>fume d'herb<\/em>.
