These sites publish guitar tablature (sheet music for guitar players who can't read music) of whatever songs people figure out and send in - totally amateur stuff. It's great if you need to learn a song fast, or if you just can't figure something out yourself. It's often wrong, too. But, most of the time, it's good enough to get you started.
