Video from Nikon D90 with a star filter => color corrected then split into frames with Premiere => frames processed with this => frames recombined and blended with source video in Premiere.

Intro and outro are the divide and conquer algorithm drawing the first and last frames one block at a time (~1700 sub-frames each), then sped up to fit the space (and time reversed for the outro).
