11 is Tom Tom Club (Tina Weymouth) – I assume it’s “Wordy Rappinghood” though for some reason I feel unsure.
And 14 is something I know but I think you haven’t included enough to make a guess possible. But Blondie came to mind, though when I try to think of which tune I can’t find one.
