I’ve got the Blu-Ray of The Shining, and there’s a lot of documentaries on the making of this movie, of course. These GIFs must come from one of those, because they showed a shot of Jack in his dressing room and it followed him all the way down to the set and stayed on him until the first strike of the ax in the actual scene of the film.
This is Jack Nicholson: this long tracking shot began with him brushing his teeth, because as he gleefully states, there was a lady in the upcoming scene.
